Based on the recommendations of the Tribal public health authority, the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) Incident Command Team (ICT) has approved a shift to activity levels associated with a moderate risk of coronavirus transmission on the Umatilla Indian Reservation.
These guidelines are effective April 9th and reflect, but are not necessarily identical to, the Oregon Health Authority moderate risk level categories. Guidelines for the moderate risk level include:
Indoor private gatherings of eight (8) people are allowed, from a maximum of two households. Outdoor family or home gatherings should be limited to a maximum of ten (10) people. Faith institutions at 50% or 150 people, whichever is smaller. Retail stores may open to 75% capacity, although “to-go” or “curbside” pickup is still recommended
