Yellowhawk is opening up the Saturday May 15th, 2021 vaccination event to all CTUIR entity employees and their 12-18 year old family members.
The following individuals are all welcome to take advantage of this rapid response vaccination event:
· 12-18 year old family members of all CTUIR entity employees
· All CTUIR Tribal members 12 and older
· All Yellowhawk eligible patients 12 and older
· All CTUIR entity employees
· All household or immediate family members of CTUIR entity employees
