Incident Command
On September 24, 2021, the CTUIR Board of Trustees polled and adopted Resolution 21-081, which declared a Public Health Emergency and Engagement of an Incident Command Team.
Incident Command Order
Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center has determined that for the public health and safety of all residents on the Umatilla Indian Reservation that social gatherings be limited.
Effective Friday, September 24, 2021, all social gatherings, whether indoors or out, are to be limited to no more than six people from two households.
Additionally, Nixyáawii Community School sports events will be limited to 75 people capacity. No concessions will be allowed until further notice.
These initial measures are being taken for the safety of everyone.
